XINTRAVEX 1401 Cordless Compact Router 1000W

This cordless compact router is a reliable assistant for all your woodworking projects. It is driven by a high‑efficiency 1000W brushless motor that reaches up to 30,000 RPM, delivering stronger torque and up to five times longer lifespan than traditional brushed motors. Whether you are fine‑trimming solid wood edges, cutting grooves into MDF, or carving intricate patterns into plywood, the motor maintains steady power output without stalling or slowing down. The built‑in 15V low‑voltage protection and overheat auto‑shutdown give you peace of mind during extended heavy‑duty sessions, protecting both the tool and the battery from damage. Meanwhile, the brushless design means quieter operation, less vibration, and minimal maintenance, so you can put all your energy into achieving perfect results rather than constantly servicing the tool. To match different materials and techniques, this router offers six adjustable speed settings from 12,000 to 30,000 RPM – simply turn the dial to switch from delicate low‑speed carving to aggressive high‑speed cutting. The speed‑lock function keeps the selected RPM steady throughout the cut, preventing speed drift and ensuring smooth, chatter‑free passes every time, whether you are cutting joinery for cabinets or edging furniture pieces. For depth control, the precision micro‑adjustment system allows you to set cutting depth in 0.01‑inch increments, up to a maximum of 40 mm (1‑9/16 inches), which covers everything from shallow decorative grooves to deep dados. The sturdy locking mechanism holds the setting firmly even under heavy load. The greatest convenience of this router is its cordless freedom – it is engineered to work with compatible with DEWALT 20V MAX batteries (such as DCB206, DCB205, DCB204, and more), so you can use the batteries you already own without any extra investment. The lightweight, palm‑sized body combined with cordless operation lets you easily access tight cabinet interiors, outdoor decks, or worksites with limited outlets – no extension cords to drag around, and overhead or side routing becomes much more comfortable. The included edge guide and roller guide make straight and curved routing simple and controlled; the aluminum guard adds extra safety during aggressive cuts; and the dust collection port connects to a standard vacuum to capture most chips and dust in real time, keeping your workpiece visible and your workspace tidy – especially valuable when working indoors or on finished surfaces. In terms of durability, this router features a high‑strength, impact‑resistant ABS body paired with a thickened, precision‑machined aluminum alloy base. Unlike plastic bases that can flex or warp, this rigid base stays flat and stable over years of use, ensuring consistent cutting depth and preventing wandering. Whether for heavy daily use in a professional workshop or for weekend DIY renovation projects, this router delivers lasting, dependable performance. The package includes 6 carbide router bits in different profiles (suitable for trimming, grooving, carving, and chamfering), along with a wrench and a detailed user manual – everything you need to start routing right out of the box.

• 【Brushless Motor & Intelligent Safety Protection】Powered by a high‑efficiency 1000W brushless motor that delivers up to 30,000 RPM, this cordless router provides 30% more torque and 5× longer service life than conventional brushed motors. Whether you are trimming solid wood edges, grooving MDF panels, or carving decorative patterns into plywood, the motor maintains consistent power without bogging down. Built‑in 15V low‑voltage cutoff and overheat auto‑shutdown protect both the tool and the battery during extended heavy‑use sessions, while the brushless design ensures quieter operation, less vibration, and virtually zero maintenance – so you can focus on precision rather than tool care.
• 【6‑Speed Variable Control with Speed‑Lock Function】Equipped with six adjustable speed settings ranging from 12,000 to 30,000 RPM, this trim router gives you complete flexibility to match the perfect speed to every material and task. Use lower speeds for delicate inlay work and fine carving on softwoods, or switch to higher speeds for aggressive edge trimming, grooving, and dado cutting on hardwoods and laminates. The speed‑lock mechanism holds your chosen RPM steady throughout the cut, eliminating speed drift and delivering consistently smooth, chatter‑free results – whether you are building custom cabinets, crafting furniture, or installing flooring.
• 【Cordless Mobility – Compatible with DEWALT 20V Batteries】Please note: we do not include any battery with this tool, nor do we sell batteries separately – you use your own 20V batteries. This design frees you from power cords and outlet limitations, so you can take it to any job site, attic, basement, or outdoor workspace. The tool is equipped with built-in overheat protection, overload protection, low-voltage protection, and overcurrent protection, which safeguard your battery from any potential damage. The lightweight, palm‑grip design makes overhead and side‑routing comfortable, allowing you to move quickly from one cut to the next without being tethered to a wall socket.
• 【Complete Accessory Kit & Integrated Dust Extraction】Out of the box, you receive a full set of essential accessories: an edge guide for straight‑line routing, a roller guide for curved edges and template work, an aluminum guard for added operator safety, a dust collection port that connects to standard shop vacuums, and 6 high‑quality carbide router bits (shapes for trimming, grooving, carving, and chamfering). The dust port efficiently captures chips and sawdust at the source, keeping your workpiece visible and your workspace clean – an invaluable benefit when working indoors or on finished surfaces where dust control is critical.
• 【Reinforced Aluminum Base for Superior Stability】Unlike many palm routers that use plastic bases prone to flexing and warping, this woodworking router features a thickened, precision‑machined aluminum alloy base paired with a high‑strength ABS body. The rigid base provides a flat, stable reference surface that glides smoothly over the workpiece, ensuring consistent cutting depth and preventing accidental tilting or wandering. This solid construction translates to crisper edges, straighter grooves, and more accurate joinery – even after hours of continuous use in a professional workshop or a demanding DIY renovation project.
