XINTRAVEX 1301 Brushless Cordless Die Grinder

This cordless die grinder is offered as a bare tool only; no battery is included in the package, and no batteries are sold separately. It is specifically designed to be compatible with DEWALT 20V MAX batteries, including models DCB200, DCB201, DCB203, DCB204, DCB205, and DCB206. Users can simply insert their own battery and start working, eliminating the need for a separate power source and avoiding the restrictions of air hoses or tangled power cords for greater mobility and convenience. In terms of performance, the grinder is equipped with a 1100W high-efficiency brushless motor that delivers a maximum no‑load speed of 26,000 RPM. It features 4 adjustable speed settings, allowing users to select the optimal speed from 0 to 26,000 RPM based on different materials and applications, ranging from aggressive grinding to fine polishing. The brushless motor design ensures lower operating temperatures, longer service life, and consistent power output even under heavy loads. The collet system uses a precision 1/4‑inch (6.35mm) tungsten steel collet that securely holds standard accessories such as carbide burrs, flap wheels, polishing stones, and cutting bits. It resists deformation and loosening under high pressure, providing stable and accurate performance for deburring, weld preparation, metal fabrication, and similar tasks. The tool features a compact and lightweight body with a rubberized vibration‑absorbing grip, facilitating operation in tight spaces like engine compartments, pipe interiors, and cramped workstations. A paddle safety switch prevents accidental startup and stops the tool immediately upon release, enhancing user safety. Additionally, the grinder incorporates an intelligent protection system that continuously monitors overload, overheating, and low‑voltage conditions. During prolonged use, it automatically adjusts power delivery to protect both the motor and the battery from damage, thereby extending the overall lifespan of the tool.
