SCHMETZ ABC Pocket Guide - Household Sewing

*** Every Great Stitch Has a Starting Point *** You have the fabric. You have the thread. You may even have a box full of needles. But before the first stitch comes the essential question: Which needle do I use? The SCHMETZ ABC Pocket Guide takes the guesswork out of needle selection so you can spend less time searching and more time sewing. Today it’s denim. Tomorrow, silk, stretchy knits, leather, fleece, vinyl, embroidery, or quilting. Whatever lands under the presser foot, quickly narrow down the needle type and size for the material or technique. Make decisions with confidence, change projects freely, and keep your creativity moving. *** Demystify Your Needle Case *** Ever pick up a loose needle and wonder what it is? SCHMETZ color coding helps identify needle type and size at a glance, even when the package is long gone. *** You Don’t Have to Memorize It All *** New to sewing? Build your know how as your skills grow. Sewn for years? Keep the details you’d rather not memorize close at hand. *** Big Answers in a Pocket-Size Guide *** At 4.75” long x 3.125” x 1/8” thick, this full-color, 56-page sewing booklet is intentionally compact for your sewing kit, machine drawer, project bag, purse, or fabric stash. Keep easy answers handy as your skills grow, your projects change, and your creativity takes you somewhere new. *** Needle Expertise, 175 Years in the Making *** SCHMETZ has been making sewing machine needles since 1851.
