Use the sliding door handle replacement to replace or upgrade the slide door handle on a variety of patio doors. The door handle hook has a diecast inside and outside pull. The hook latch is constructed of steel. The sliding glass door handle set has mounting holes 4-15/16 inch on center. The hook and handle fits 1-1/4 inch to 1-3/8 inch thick doors.
