Heavy-duty cloth backing provide durability for the toughest sanding jobs. Bi-directional belt splice allows the belt to run in both directions for maximum sanding life. Open coat to reduce clogging for longer useful life when sanding soft woods and other similar materials. Grit 120 fine for final surface sanding prior to priming or applying stain. Norton 3X Portable belts are ideal for high speed sanding and finishing on: flat wood surfaces, plastic and fiberglass surfaces, grinding and finishing all metals, blending welds and wood planing.
