LEEKEY Resistance Bands Set

LEEKEY pull up assistance bands are made from layered, latex-free synthetic rubber for smooth, consistent tension from the first inch of stretch to full extension. Use the bands to assist pull-ups, chin-ups, and dips, add resistance to squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and push-ups, or add them to warmups, stretching, and mobility work for legs, glutes, arms, back, and core. The set includes 4 resistance bands, a carry bag, and an exercise guide. The compact set packs into a gym bag or suitcase, so you can train at home, at the gym, in the office, or while traveling.

• Pull Up Assistance Bands for Every Level: Loop a band over the bar and step or kneel in to finish pull-ups, chin-ups, and dips with support. Switch to a lighter band as your strength grows until you can train unassisted
• Long Resistance Bands in Synthetic Rubber: Layered, latex-free synthetic rubber delivers smooth, even tension from the first inch of stretch to full extension, a good fit for anyone sensitive to natural latex
• Exercise Bands for Full-Body Workouts: Add resistance to squats, deadlifts, bench presses, rows, and push-ups, or use them as stretch bands for warmups and mobility work. Workout bands for men and women at home or the gym
• Complete Set, Ready to Travel: Includes 4 resistance bands, a carry bag, and an exercise guide. The compact set packs into a gym bag or suitcase for workouts at home, in the office, or on the road
