Ideal Security MSMB Mortise Lock Set

Ideal Security’s BKMSMB Straight Lever Mortise Lock Set is a replacement designed only for AluminArt ChamberDoor storm and screen doors with a 2-inch thickness. It will not fit other brands. The set features a straight lever handle with a matching interior latch for smooth and secure operation. The 3/4-inch backset ensures proper latch alignment (backset = distance from the edge of the door to the center of the bore hole). The lever handle locks with a key from the outside and with a deadbolt from the inside. Each complete kit includes inside and outside handles, a mortise lock body, strike plate, spindle, screws, and two keys, and it installs in either left- or right-handed configurations. To avoid returns, please confirm your door brand and thickness before purchase, or compare our dimension images with your existing hardware. Since 1956, Ideal Security has supplied quality storm- and screen-door hardware trusted by manufacturers and homeowners alike.
